14. The Impatience of the Heart
At times, it feels as though our growth has come to a standstill. As though matters of the heart, our projects, or inner processes have ceased to move forward. We look at them — and see nothing. No change, no progress, no visible sign that anything is unfolding.
Yet growth does not always follow our gaze.
In a recent reading, the image of a tree arose:
Every tree grows in its own distinct and individual time. If, out of impatience, we attempt to hasten its natural and organic growth — perhaps through excessive fertilisation — its health often suffers. It may shoot up rapidly, yet its roots have not had the chance to establish themselves securely. The result: instability. Growth without depth.
The same is true of our inner, spiritual growth. When we try to force processes, hurry answers, or artificially drive development, what is often missing is the very thing that sustains us: rootedness.
If, however, we allow growth the time it requires, much happens unseen. Outwardly, everything may appear unchanged — and we ourselves may perceive no immediate progress. Yet beneath the surface, something essential is taking place:
The roots are growing deeper.
The trunk is becoming stronger.
The branches are spreading further.
And one day, what has long been ripening reveals itself — in blossom. Later, in fruit. Fruit that we may harvest and share with others.
Yes, waiting can feel wearisome. It tests our patience; at times it may even feel paralysing or frustrating. Yet perhaps therein lies the invitation: to trust the process. To trust our own rhythm. To trust the greater timing.
Not everything that grows is immediately visible.
And not everything that appears still is truly without movement.
Some things are growing deep within — so that one day they may reach far into the sky.
13. My Dream of Belonging
Imagine a world in which no one feels like an outsider, even while standing among others.
For the deepest pain is not solitude; it is separation despite connection. The feeling of not truly belonging.
I dream of a belonging
that reaches deeper than words.
Of a soul-level connection.
Of encounters that nourish.
Of closeness that brings warmth even across great distances.
I dream of being accepted without judgement.
Of being seen in my essence.
Not for what I achieve,
but for who I am.
And I long for a way of being together
in which we allow one another to be.
With genuine interest.
With attentive, healthy care.
With openness to the becoming of another.
For interest requires openness.
And openness arises
where there is no sense of lack.
So often, fear, jealousy and resentment are rooted in the feeling of falling short oneself. In doubting one’s own place. In the belief that there is not enough for everyone.
But what if we truly wished one another well in our gifts?
What if we rejoiced wholeheartedly in each other’s joy?
What if we offered support without the quiet expectation of receiving something in return?
What if each of us nurtured the light in the other?
Then everyone would be sustained.
No one would need to struggle.
No one would need to compare.
No one would need to project their sense of lack.
Imagine
that each person were free to be an enriching part of a community.
That each received appreciation for their own unique gifts.
And that we accompanied one another in growth, rather than diminishing each other.
How colourful.
How alive.
How radiant our society would be.
My dream of belonging is not a dream of sameness, but of mutual shining.
A world in which we do not compete,
but gently remind one another
who we truly are. ✨

12. The In-Between Phases
In my work with young people, I am currently encountering many themes related to puberty – a time between childhood and adulthood. This phase is often marked by intense challenges, for everyone involved.
This, in turn, reminds me of the many in-between phases that accompany us throughout our lives: times of transition, times of change. Whenever we are about to leave one stage of development and grow into a new one, we enter such an in-between space. These phases rarely feel comfortable. They are often characterised by uncertainty, a sense of fog, not knowing how things will unfold or what the next step should be. At times, these inner processes also manifest physically – through restlessness, anxiety, or other symptoms.
From experience, it is especially important during these times to trust the process: to allow ourselves to surrender to it, to be patient with ourselves, to consciously feel and to reflect.
In my work as a clairvoyant medium, I often meet people who find themselves in exactly such a phase of transformation and are seeking support. I feel deep gratitude when they share that, through intuitive impulses and the messages conveyed by their spiritual supporters and beloved ones who have passed, they feel uplifted and strengthened, and are able to continue on their life path with greater trust
11. Valleys of Life
Who among us doesn’t know them – the valleys of grief, longing, doubt, and despair? These phases are an inevitable part of the path of inner growth. And yet, they so often feel unbearably deep, dark, painful, and hopeless. In such moments, one can feel utterly lost – and profoundly alone.
Each time, it takes courage and trust to truly surrender to these valleys. I like to call this process “sounding the depths” – like a deep dive into the soul. It means allowing painful emotions to surface, lingering in the valley, and consciously asking: What is it that wants to be seen? What lies at the root of this pain? What can I let go of? What is life trying to teach me?
Only when I stop resisting the descent and allow it to happen does a new space begin to open. And then – at some point – comes the moment when I dare to take the first step out of the valley. A step that leads not only upwards, but onwards – to a new inner plateau. Grown. Wiser. Ready for whatever comes next.
10. Rekindling the Light of the Soul
Within every human being dwells an inner light.
It is the expression of our soul – quiet, powerful, and utterly unique.
This light reveals itself in our gifts, our intuition, in the things that move and fulfil us from within.
Often, it’s found in what cannot be explained by reason – but what stirs our hearts and sets something deep within us resonating.
As children, we are usually still close to this inner core.
We are open, curious, connected to who we truly are.
But over the years, many layers begin to veil that light: upbringing, expectations, social roles.
We learn how to behave “correctly”, what is valued, what is expected of us.
And so, much of what was once innate slowly drifts away.
Some find ways to let their light shine regardless – boldly, creatively, with clarity and courage.
Others – especially the quieter souls – tend to hold back their own needs.
They carry a lot for others, create safe spaces, offer strength – and in doing so, sometimes lose sight of themselves.
Women, in particular, are often caught in this pattern. They care, they support, they nurture – and their own light fades quietly into the background.
Yet the power still lives within them. It is not lost – only hushed.
When the soul’s light finds no expression, it begins to speak.
Sometimes as longing, sometimes as a gentle ache.
It may come as dreams, inner restlessness, or the feeling that something is missing.
At times, it speaks through the body.
The soul is always speaking – and it longs to be heard.
Loneliness does not always come from the absence of people – but from the absence of resonance.
From the absence of a place where we are allowed to be who we truly are.
A space where our innermost being is seen and honoured.
This doesn’t require a spotlight – only honest connection, genuine encounter, and true listening.
Now is the time to give space once more to your inner light.
It’s not about becoming someone new – but about remembering who you already are:
What is it that longs to come into the world through me?
What touches my heart?
What does my soul wish to live, to learn, to share?
The journey back to your light is not always a loud departure – but often a quiet turning inward.
And yet, it is powerful. And healing.
It’s okay to start small.
It is enough to listen to the inner call – and to trust it.
Because the world needs this light.
Each and every one of them.
9. On the Lightness of Being ✨
🦅 A long-held dream of mine recently came true: I had the chance to hold falcons – and even an eagle owl – on my arm, and experience little flying exercises with them. What a powerful and moving experience!
I absolutely love watching birds of prey – especially falcons – soaring through the sky. Their lightness, their effortless elegance in flight fascinates me every time. And time and again, they remind me how important it is to embody that same lightness of being in everyday life.
Where things flow with ease, where decisions come naturally and actions feel aligned, I sense: this is where I am in harmony.
Whether in relationships, projects or daily routines – when something happens with ease, it feels right.
Of course, that doesn’t mean everything is always effortless. Discipline, courage and commitment are just as essential – especially when we step out of our comfort zones and dare to try something new.
But I’m learning to feel more and more clearly where my effort is truly worthwhile – and where I’m simply pushing, holding on, trying to force things with all my might. Because so often, that only leads to frustration, resistance and exhaustion.
🦅 The falcon has become my teacher.
He shows me what feels like to open my wings, to trust in my inner strength – and to let the winds of life carry me.
That’s how I want to move through life – feather-light.
To be carried by the wisdom of my soul.
To trust. To soar. To flow.
8. ✨ The Inner Light ✨
Not long ago, I had the chance to fulfil a heartfelt, long-held dream: to experience a live concert with Giora Feidman – 89 years old.
His virtuosity on the clarinet was truly breathtaking – yes – but it was something else that touched me so deeply:
I could feel his soul – in every note, in his presence, in his radiance.
That encounter reminded me once again how vital it is to live a life that nourishes the heart.
When we follow the call of our soul, something within us begins to glow – and that light can shine brightly, even in old age.
Another thought came to me:
Yes, with age, the body becomes more fragile – the skin thinner, movements more deliberate.
But perhaps it is precisely this vulnerability that allows the inner light to shine through all the more clearly.
I think of many older people whose mere presence moved me deeply –
they were like quiet sources of light, filled with a wisdom that grew stronger and more luminous with each passing year.
These reflections encourage me to:
🌟 keep nurturing my inner light
🌟 joyfully continue exploring what my soul longs for
🌟 always strive to be the best version of myself
🌟 remain open to growth and transformation
🌟 and above all: to be grateful – for all the gifts life has to offer.
7. 🌿 Honey and inner essence - a sweet realization 🍯✨
While extracting honey today, a wonderful analogy came to mind that I would like to share with you:
Before you can harvest the golden honey, you must first open the delicate layer of wax that seals the honeycomb. In the same way, we must first shed old protective layers within ourselves - inhibiting patterns, outdated beliefs, fears - in order to access our inner strength.
And then it begins to shimmer - the honey... just like the inner possibilities that lie hidden within us. 🌟
But it doesn't just flow - the centrifuge has to be set in motion. Our personal development also requires inner work. And yes, this can sometimes be quite emotionally upsetting - a veritable slingshot. 🌀
Once the honey has been extracted, it is filtered - freed from fine wax particles. Our gifts also need to be clarified and refined before we bring them into the world.
And then... it flows: golden, pure, precious. 🍯💛
Just like our very own essence - ready to give ourselves and others joy and strength. ✨
👉 Maybe you're in the middle of your “spin cycle” right now - hang in there. It's worth it.
Your inner honey is already waiting for you.
💫
6. Soul Places – Silent Connection
There are places in this world that touch something within us – something deeper than words.
This photo shows such a place for me. Not a dramatic landscape – and yet: something here speaks to the depths of my soul.
Every day, I look forward to passing this spot on my way to work.
Often, a falcon or a red kite circles silently above – my quiet companions.
In my thoughts, I send them heartfelt greetings – carrying love to those dear to me.
Something happens in this place that defies explanation.
It’s an inner resonance, a quiet remembering of something primal.
Sometimes it’s just fragments – fleeting impressions, feelings, as if, for a brief moment, a door opens to something deeper.
And often, there is simply a gentle, overwhelming sense of joy.
5. The birth of something new
What a spectacle when a queen bee swarms out with part of her colony.
The whole garden vibrates - excited bees are buzzing everywhere. After a while, the wild hustle and bustie condenses into a floating cloud until the queen finally settles in a nearby spot.
The bees gather around her in clusters - the beekeeper captures the swarm and gives it a new hive in which the colony can develop.
This scene reminded me of an inner process.
When a new impulse (the bee queen) arises, it often requires a step out of the comfort zone. At first, there is chaos inside, with many thoughts and doubts swirling around. But if you follow the impulse, your thoughts begin to organize and focus. If you give this newness space - a secure framework - something very special can grow out of it.
4. Everyday life with joy
I have gotten into the habit of consciously experiencing everyday tasks as a source of joy. As a result,
my everyday life is gradually becoming a fulfilling ritual - through mindfulness, serenity and gratitude.
Even activities that used to seem like a chore are transformed - sometimes into a small celebration.
An example?
I regularly bake my own bread.
People often ask me: "Do you really have time for this in your busy
everyday life?"
Yes - I make time for it.
Because baking bread has become a sacred act for me.
Even preparing the sourdough, grinding the grain and spices is a silent ritual. As I knead, I connect with the dough - and blessings flow into it through my hands:
May all who eat this bread be filled with love, light and deep peace.
3. The first steps
Recently, I had the privilege of witnessing a young child take their very first steps. Time and again, they tumbled to the ground—only to rise again, brimming with joy and determination. It was a quiet, magical moment, one that spoke of far more than simply learning to walk.
Every first step holds within it a quiet courage—the willingness to leave the familiar behind, to venture into the unknown. It is an act of opening oneself to new possibilities, guided by curiosity, a spirit of discovery, and the deep, unshakable belief: I can do this.
Between those first uncertain steps and the confidence of steady walking lie patience, perseverance, and the will to rise again—again and again.
There is a quiet strength in this—the vibrant resilience of childhood, which never stops to ask whether it’s worth continuing. It simply does. For the sheer joy of doing. For the joy of growing.
May this tireless, childlike delight in learning accompany us all—through every new beginning, in every stage of growth.
And may we always find the courage to rise—and carry on walking.
2. Why people seek out a psychic medium
Have you ever wondered
why many people seek the help of a psychic medium?
Here are some reasons why:
💫 Contact with the deceased:
Many find comfort in receiving messages or signs from their loved ones in the afterlife and getting clear evident that they continue to be around us full of love
⭐️Guidance in challenging times: Whether in the case of professional uncertainties, relationship issues, the desire for change or...
A medium can provide impulses so that decisions can be made from your own inner clarity.
🌈Spiritual curiosity & self-discovery: Not everyone who visits a medium is in crisis. Some are simply curious and want to find out more about themselves, their soul or their higher self.
🔮Confirmation of own experiences:
Some people have had intuitive or psychic experiences that they cannot categorise.
A medium can help you understand these experiences and discover your own spiritual potential.
❤️Healing emotional blockages:
A medium can support you in clearing unresolved conflicts and obstructive old patterns.
⭐️Spiritual guidance with decisions:
Whether love, career or other life issues - a medium can provide valuable impulses for further development
If you are curious or would like to find out more about yourself and your spiritual potential, a psychic-medium reading could be just the thing for you.
1. Surrender
At the moment, I am increasingly preoccupied with the topic of "surrender"
For me, ‚surrender' is a clear commitment, a "yes". It is a deep, inner process in which l become completely still and engage with all my senses: with people, animals, plants, places, situations and activities - and in my mediumistic work also with the spiritual world. Surrender is a process of accepting, perceiving, merging and being in the here and now.
But ,surrender' is not only important to me when meditating or in my mediumistic readings.
I currently find the experiences in everyday life very exciting. When I surrender myself to tedious tasks, l realise that I can even develop joy and fulfilment in the process.
When I meet other people with surrender, I develop understanding on different levels.
For me, surrender in everyday life is the key to more kindness, peace, understanding and mindfulness in dealing with what surrounds me, be it other people, places, animals or plants.... A little like I imagine heaven on earth.
